When it comes to boarding your furry friend, we understand you want a place that's comfortable, clean, safe and provides personalized attention to every pet. At Twin Oaks, we offer just that! Your pet will receive the best care from our experienced staff, and we will make sure to treat them as our own.
Included in our boarding prices are 4 outdoor play sessions in one of our spacious outdoor play
areas during the day as well as a short let-out by our night staff to end the day.
Boarding & Daycare Rates
All of our kennels are sized up to 5x10ft in size and are
all indoors and climate-controlled.
Boarding
$45/night for one dog, $30/night for each additional dog in the same kennel
Daycare
$25 for one dog, $15 each additional dog in the same kennel
Late Pick-Up
Late Pick-Up Fee
A $15 fee will be applied to your invoice if pet(s) is not picked up by 2:00pm (weekdays only).
Please note that a convenience fee will be applied for pickups outside of our regular business hours.
Additional Services & Pricing
Walks
$10 for one dog, $5 for each additional per walk
Extra Playtime
$10 for one dog, $5 for each additional per extra playtime
Medication Fee
$15 flat rate will be applied to invoice for administering medication
Our Policies

All dogs must be current on all vaccinations to board or attend daycare. Vaccinations include Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Owners must give our office proof of all vaccines prior to scheduled check in date. Vaccines can be sent to our email twinoakspb@gmail.com.

Payment is expected on day of scheduled check out. Please contact our office if you have any questions concerning payment processing.

In the event that you need to cancel, we must receive a notice of at least 48 hours. Please contact us by phone or email to cancel your reservation. A cancellation fee will be applied if failure to do so.

If you have reserved a spot for your dog(s) during a holiday, you will be asked to give a deposit. A two night deposit is required for all holiday reservations. Deposits are fully refundable in the event that you need to cancel as long as you let our office know 7 days prior to your pets scheduled arrival date.

Medication can be administered by our staff. A fee of $15 will be added to your invoice for administering medication as needed. All medication must come in the original medication bottle with instructions. Please let our office know if medication is to be administered for your pet. **We do not administer Insulin**​

If any pet becomes sick or injured while in our care, Twin Oaks will refer to a veterinarian for assistance. We refer any medical emergency to your personal vet or to Cabarrus Emergency Vet Clinic. Twin Oaks will contact the owner if an emergency occurs.
