We're committed to providing exceptional care, safe play, and a calm environment where every dog feels at home. To keep up with rising costs and continue to support our amazing staff, our new pricing will take effect December 1, 2025. Daycare pricing will be updated January 1, 2026.​

All existing reservations made prior to this change will be honored at the original rate.

Boarding
Cozy kennels, daily playtime, and plenty of love included.

Standard Kennel: $50 per night

Additional Dog (same kennel): $30 per night
Boarding is based on a 24-hour stay. Early drop off or late pick-up may include a daycare fee.
Daycare
Fun, social, and fully supervised play - perfect for burning off energy.

Half Day (5 hours or less): $25

Policies
Vaccination Requirements
For the health and safety of all of our guests, all dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: ​

We require proof of vaccination prior to your dog's stay. Records can be emailed to us or uploaded during the reservation process. ​Please Note- Puppies must be fully vaccinated before attending daycare or boarding.
Payment Policies

Payment is due at scheduled pick up.

We accept cash, check, or Venmo.

A deposit is required for all holiday reservations. See Holiday Policy Section.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours - Late Fee Policy

Monday - Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm (Closed for lunch between 12-1pm)

Saturday: 7:30am-12:00pm

Sunday: 3:00-5:00pm​
Late Pick up Fee (Boarding Only):
​Pick-ups after 12 PM will incur a $25 late fee per dog. This helps us manage our schedule and provide the best service for all pets in our care.
Please be on time; early or late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Medication Administration Policy
If your dog requires medication during their stay, we are happy to administer it as directed. To ensure proper handling and care, there is a $20 medication administration fee per stay. Please provide all medication in their original containers, clearly labeled with instructions.
**We do not administer Insulin**
Holiday Policy
During major holidays, we often book up in advance. A deposit may be required. Deposits are fully refundable in the event that you need to cancel as long as you let our office know 7 days prior to your pets scheduled arrival date.
Emergency Policy
If a pet becomes sick or injured in our care, Twin Oaks will refer to a veterinarian for assistance. We refer any medical attention to your personal vet, Veterinary Emergency Hospital of Concord, or Pet Emergency and Trauma Services for after hour needs. Twin Oaks will contact the owner if an emergency occurs.
